If you pick your lashes up off the strip and you have a rogue lash just hanging on, KEEP LASHING! Act like it’s not even there! A lot of times that little lash isn’t going to bother anything. As you see here, there is a rogue lash and I am still able to create a beautiful mega volume fan. It’s not always the case, sometimes those rogue lashes can prevent the fan from opening. If the stray lashes are a big problem for you, check your sweet spot. You shouldn’t have a lot of these if you know your sweet spot. But when you inevitably get one, try and continue with the fan making like in this video and see what happens. It’s better to go ahead and try than to have to start it over. You can also use your other tweezer to pick it off if you think it’ll hinder your fan making.

Long story short, you don’t have to abandon a fan due to a stray.
