As we are growing, we are looking for professional and reliable Lash Stylists and Estheticians to join our lash salon in the memorial area. We have an open position for a full-time or part time employee who is friendly, well spoken, and detailed oriented that will thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and self-start to be most successful here.

Responsibilities include:

Build clientele base through education of lash health, doing lash assessments, and superior lash application, including safe and proper after care procedures
Prepare, deliver, and sale retail products based on clients’ goals
Motivate and inspire clients to book their next appointments, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress
Provide best in class customer experience for all clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Classic and Volume Lash Experience – Minimum 1 year experience providing lash and beauty services.

· Commitment to learning — training is available for qualified candidates.

· Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

· Outstanding client service skills with strong client retention.

· Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends and holidays.

· Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

· Polished professional and friendly with a passion for beauty.

· Must hold a Esthetician license, Cosmetologist license or eyelash extension specialty license in Texas

· Have flexible work hours

· Experience with lash lift and lash tinting
