iGlam Lash and Beauty is currently offering full time and part time opportunities to join our trusted and talented team of lash stylists! If you’re interested in working in a good vibes only, stable, BUSY salon environment that will allow you to grow as an artist, you should join the iGlam Fam.

• What we’re looking for: *
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Previous experience with applying Classic and/ or Volume Lash Extensions (NOT cluster lashes or strip lashes)
• Posses a positive, proactive, and personable personality
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Ability to work flexible days/nights/weekends and holiday hours
• Have reliable transportation
• Enthusiastically Follow State Board sanitation regulations
• Exceptional level of neatness and cleanliness of work area
• Perform consecutive lash services in a punctual, professional manner
• Deliver successful home-care recommendations
• Responsibilities: *
• Greet clients, consult and explain the process of the lash extensions process by knowing service protocols
• Answer guest questions in a professional, upbeat manner!
• -Provide an excellent experience to our guest by providing 5 Star Service!
• -Educate the guest about home care products and make recommendations based on the individual needs of the guest.
• -Review/ complete guest profile forms and customize services for each individual
• Photograph the finished results of your work
• -Use appropriate professional conversation at all times
