Aside from the banana peel method and popping the fan upwards from the bottom, this is my fave way of removing outgrows! ☺️ ⠀

1. Isolate outgrown fan ⠀
2. Grip the natural hair firmly with one tweezer ⠀
3. Grip the fan with the other tweezer ⠀
4. Wiggle the fan side to side until it comes off ⠀
   ⠀
   If the fan is not budging, it could be because⠀
   ➖The glue needs more time to loosen up (you can add a tiny amount of remover at the base to remove it, be careful of the surrounding fans!) ⠀
   ➖ You used too much glue in the initial application. Try dipping less next time! ⠀
