Celsius Tannery/Hush Lash Studio Lash Stylist Job (Kansas City, MO)

We are seeking a Lash Stylist to build a clientele by providing professional eyelash extension services and recommending products in the Hush Lash line.

Hush eyelash extensions are a semi-permanent way of lengthening and thickening your natural eyelashes without the need for mascara or curlers. Each synthetic extension is applied, one by one, to your eyelashes for a truly natural look. We also provide Brow Lamination, Brow Shaping, Brow Tinting, Lash Lift, and Lash Tinting.

All of our Lash Stylists are Licensed and professionally trained to perform Lash Extension, Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Brow Shaping, Brow Tinting, and Brow Lamination services as well as recommend products for your home regimen.

What Were Looking For:

• A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Positive, friendly and upbeat demeanor
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Passion for providing exceptional service to clients
• Attention to detail and efficient communication
• Ability to achieve sales goals
• Client retention and marketing efforts

Job Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on their eyelash extension needs
• Maintaining proficiency with the latest eyelash extension techniques and use of equipment
• Sanitizing studio after each use and keeping equipment in proper working order
• Being knowledgeable of all Hush Lash products
• Achieving daily and monthly sales goals
• Assisting salon personnel with client services and sanitation requirements
• Utilizing promotional material from Hush Lash to market outside of salon
• Reports to Salon Manager and General Manager
