BBDesire Glam Beauty Bar Lash Artist Job (Lake Park, FL)

We are looking for a few talented Lash Artist to provide custom lash sets and treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences. Lash Artist responsibilities include client consultations, applying and removing classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, applying bottom lash extensions. If you’re up-to-date with lash techniques and know how to provide excellent customer service, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us boost our reputation by offering personalized services to our clients.

• Responsibilities*
• consultation with clients on desired lash goals
• Clean, prep and prime lashes
• Protect eye and natural lashes by properly taping and mapping
• Remove previously applied lashes
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
• Set proper expectations for aftercare
• Offer lash care products and treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen lashes and how to make retention last longer)
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
• Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
• Looking to add individuals who are more concerned with quality over quantity and who are looking to provide specialty services that stand you apart from other lash artist.
• Existing clientele a plus but not mandatory, must be willing to work to build clientele.
• Hours/Schedule flexible but hours and days must be set and consistent for customer convenience .
• Position is a percentage split with opportunity for additional commissions and employee discounts on merchandise and products.
• Skills*
• Proven work experience as a Lash Artist
• Expertise in classic sets and volume techniques
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer service
• High school diploma
• Certification as a Lash Artist required (willing to train)
• Min Requirement- Valid Florida State License as Esthetician

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $156,000.00 per year
