Spikes & Fluff💕
There’s many ways to create wisps but when Im doing my Wispies I like to I always put my spikes in first. This particular set is a wispy cateye so the spikes are placed in ascending order from the inner to outer eye. The inner corners can be tricky so I work eye to eye to avoid stickies and get them out of the way first!
