• Job Summary*

We are currently looking for an experienced Lash, Brow & Microblade Technician who is driven to provide outstanding service to our clients. We are looking for inspired professionals to work in a friendly environment where we work together as a team, and we are dedicated to educating, teaching, and uplifting each other.

• QUALIFICATIONS: *

Requirements:

· Current FL State Licensure in Cosmetology or Esthetician

· Outstanding customer service

· Ability to work in a fast pace setting

· Career-oriented, self-motivated

· Stay up to date on eyelash extension theory, eye health, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare, and more

· Must be able to engage clients with exemplary customer service, appropriately recommend products and services

· Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and follow application process

· Must possess great customer service skills and engage well with teammates, clients and management

· Must be upbeat, energetic and a positive contributor to the wellness center.

· Must be available to work flexible schedule

• Lash Artist/Brow Stylist Career Description*

· Deliver customized eyelash/ brow/ microblading experience designed to exceed client’s expectations

· Utilize training, skills and expertise to consistently deliver services during consecutive appointments

· Actively seek and participate in advanced training, including new products, new services and more

· Uphold policies and standards as directed by state law and spa ownership

· Expertly guide clients to ideal services, upgrades and products

· Represent, grow and maintain the business through client interaction, product sales, membership sales, referrals and continued growth as a Lash/ Brow Artist
