Busy, upbeat salon now hiring licensed lash artist!

Full service salon open 7 days a week.

• Must have a valid cosmetology license in New Jersey

Responsibilities:
– Perform eyelash extension services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal of eyelash extensions.
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire service.
– Upsell additional services and retail products to clients to enhance their overall experience.
– Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide appropriate recommendations.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions.

Experience:
– Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
– Knowledge of cosmetology, hair styling, or barbering techniques is a plus.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
– Experience in retail sales is beneficial for upselling additional products and services.
– Familiarity with deep tissue massage techniques for lash application is a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
