Lash Lovers is the premier eyelash extension boutique in Dallas.
We are on Lovers Lane in the heart of “Inwood Village”, a stone’s throw Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow where most of our clients originate from.
We have been elevating eyelashes since 2010 and have just completed a luxury remodel and upgrade of all booking and management systems.
Requirements: *
4+ years of lash experience within a salon/studio environment
Must be able to create your own fans for “Hybrid” and “Volume” lashes (We do not use pre-made fans)
A licensed professional in esthetics or cosmetology in Texas
A customer service-oriented technician who can communicate well with clients, management and coworkers
A friendly, positive attitude
A professional appearance at all times
Enjoys working in a fun team-oriented environment
Open to learning new lash and eye area techniques
Ability to work flexible days and hours including one weekend day and some holidays
Can make their own fans for volume extensions. We do not use pre-made fans

Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Principle Responsibilities: *
Designs eyelash treatments based on 3 styles (Classic, Hybrid, Volume) and the client’s individual needs.
Performs professional eyelash extension sessions.
Performs other related services such as the Lash Lift, Lash Tint, Brow Tint/Wax etc.
Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studio’s policies and procedures
Understands promotes, and sells Lash Lovers® service offerings
Focuses on delivering a stellar customer experience for clients
Recommends and educates to clients on proper lash aftercare
Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes

Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
