How to tape the client’s eyes
A step by step tutorial on how I tape my client’s eyes before I start the lash application.
1 – Ask the client to look up Use your middle finger gently pull down the skin under their eyes
2 – Secure the undereye pad in the middle of the eye, followed by the inner and outer corners.
3 – Make sure the pad isn’t too close to the eye (if the client’s eyes are watery the pad can move up towards the eye and cause irritation)
4 – I then go in with tape to ensure the undereye pad doesn’t move up and secure any remaining lashes closer to the eye.
5 – It is important to make
sure the tape isn’t too high
up in the inner corner.
The corner lashes should be
resting on the tape – not lifted!
