**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lash Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in lash artistry and possess the expertise to create a variety of lash sets, including classic, hybrid, and volume.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Lash Application:** Proficient in applying classic lash sets within 1 hour, hybrid sets within 1.5 hours, and volume sets within 2 hours.

– **Customized Lash Styling:** Assess clients’ eye shape, eye and nose distance, and overall facial features to recommend and apply the most flattering lash styles.

– **Additional Services:** Capable of performing lash lifts, brow lamination, brow shaping, and small area waxing (brows, chin, lip).

– **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional client consultations and aftercare advice, ensuring each client leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied.

**Preferred Skills:**

– Ability to perform facials or permanent makeup is a significant plus.

– Openness to learning new techniques and services as part of our commitment to ongoing education and excellence.

– Strong work ethic with punctuality, arriving 20 minutes before shifts to set up the station.
